Announcement: New Signings for the 2024 Season
Little Bardfield Village Cricket Club is thrilled to announce the signing of 3 new players ahead of the 2024 season. Through a mixture of our excellent club scouts, player networking and leading edge marketing campaigns through the winter we've managed to recruit the best cricketing talent in Essex, if not the UK.
Sam "Reggie" Register
After impressing on a short loan spell in the 2023 season we've signed Sam to a longer term deal for 2024.
With the reflexes of a cat and safe hands that make Alec Stewart cry tears of joy Reggie is a great addition to the team on and off the field.
We're excited to see how his game progresses this season, Joe & Will being especially excited to take a break from keeping wicket.
When asked how he felt about signing for Bardfield Sam said:
